The desirable properties of the sophisticated fluorescent pH probe are ratiometric detection and a wide range. In this study, three types fluorophores with different fluorescence were assembled on DNA origami nanostructure. nanostructure has advantage being scaffold that can assemble control over their number position. defined fluorophores, i.e., pH-sensitive fluorescein (CF) Oregon Green (OG), pH-insensitive tetramethylrhodamine (CR), provided range could cover variation intracellular pH.
